Our wireless battery powered color/B&W Mug Camera has been designed with special applications in mind. When you need a discrete way to do video surveillance, the Mug Camera is a great choice! Ideal for break rooms, kitchens, dorms, interrogation rooms, and other similar places; the Mug Camera comes equipped to provide easy to do video surveillance.
Featuring 8 wireless channels the Mug Camera has less interference issues than other wireless cameras working in 2.4GHz. Channels are selectable by the user which provides you the outmost control of transmission frequency. The appearance of the Mug Camera is no different than a standard reusable coffee mug, yet inside this clever camera enclosure the Mug Camera Kit conceals a tiny camera, video transmitter, and battery pack.
The included battery pack provides 3-6 hours of operation and uses 8 AA batteries (not included). Transmission range is approximately 300 feet line of sight. The Mug Camera also features an auto switching camera that self adjusts for changes in light by switching between color and black and white in order to provide the best image capture on different lighting conditions.
With the Mug Camera you can record to your PC or use a video recorder. The receiver supports both USB and RCA connections allowing you ample options for recording and monitoring. Please note that direct PC recording is only recommended for experienced users which have a computer with the appropriate memory and settings required for this type of peripheral.
